About the role

About the role

To support students with behavioural needs and learning difficulties within Special Educational Needs schools in Bristol. You would be responsible for supporting pupils to develop resilience, social skills and self-esteem, and deploying effective strategies for supporting pupils with a range of conditions (ASC/ADHD/SEMH/ODD/MLD/PMLD). This is a full-time position. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous.

The schools support children and young people throughout the school day to acheive their potential, and creat a calm safe space for them to learn. Many schools have facilities and spaces adapted to the needs of the children, and the curriculum is altered to suit the students.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Behaviour School Support you will:

  • Be dedicated and resiliant
  • Have a clear DBS, or be willing to obtain one
  • Have experience within SEND or Support Work roles
  • Be confident in behaviour management

Salary

£350 - £450 per week
