1:1 Support Assistant (Full-Time)
Aigburth, Liverpool
£13.68 – £16 per hour(salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
Vision are working with a Primary school in Aigburth, Liverpool, who are looking to appoint a passionate 1:1 Support Assistant to support a child in reception. The school are looking for a strong support assistant with experience of working within a SEND evironment and experience with Makaton is desired, (although this is not essential). This is an inclusive school that seeks to make every child feel at ease and secure, knowing that parents and educators are working together to support their well-being. As part of your role, you will also be supporting monitoring student progress reports and updating individual plans, as well as some additional responsibilities around the school.
Requirements
The desired Support Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience working with children with a SEN background
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
