£150 - £180 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

The School and Role

A specialist SEMH provision in Birmingham is seeking a creative and engaging teacher with strengths in Art and Music. Working with secondary-aged pupils, you will use creative subjects to support emotional regulation, engagement and positive learning experiences. Small class sizes and strong pastoral support are provided throughout.

Requirements

The desired SEMH Teacher will have;

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification Prefered but not essential.
  • Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour
  • Ability to teach Art and Music
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Creative and engaging teaching approach
