£92.56 - £105 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

The School and Role

Autism Support Assistants are required across ASC specialist SEND settings in Hereford, supporting pupils with autism and communication needs. You will work within structured routines, sensory-based learning environments and provide consistent behaviour support.

Requirements

The desired Autism Support Assistant will have;

  • Understanding of autism or willingness to learn
  • Experience in care, education or support roles desirable
  • Calm and consistent approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive attitude
