About the role

The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Behaviour Support Worker to join a Primary school in Bradford to start in September on a Full-Time basis. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Support Worker will be working on a small group or 1:1 basis in KS1 supporting pupils with SEND.

The school
This school has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and is dedicated to creating a ‘unified and caring community of learners.’ A large Primary school that welcomes a diverse range of pupils and are looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively with pupils from a variety of backgrounds.

Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Worker will have:

• Have experience working with Primary School aged children.

• Have experience working with pupils with SEND.

• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
