Job Title: Classroom Teacher
Location: Gravesend
Pay: £150 - £210 per day (via PAYE)

As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, nurturing a love for learning, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel motivated and supported. You will work alongside an experienced team, with access to ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes pupil well-being and achievement.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Support students in their social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s success.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure the academic and personal development of students.
- Uphold the school’s ethos, values, and high standards of behaviour and discipline.
About You:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a passion for teaching.
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in children’s lives.
- Prior experience in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
