The role of a Cover Supervisor does not require Qualified Teacher Status; it is ideal for those looking to go into teaching as it is a perfect opportunity to have an insight to working in schools and gain invaluable experience.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
- Hold a degree qualification.
- Have experience working with young people in some capacity e.g. coaching.
- Have a passion for working with children and young people.
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be a good communicator, with both colleagues and young people.
- Be confident and have a positive approach that engages students in their learning.
- Have a flexible approach to work; be able to use your initiative and think on your feet.
