About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will support learning across a variety of subjects while maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work, experience in schools, or a pathway into teaching. Opportunities include daily supply, short-term placements, and long-term roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5
• Ensure students remain engaged with set work
• Maintain behaviour and classroom expectations
