Vision For Education are working with a client Primary school to recruit a Cover Teacher to start a full-time role from December 2024. This Priamry School is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience for their students. Their mission is to support and inspire each child to reach their full potential, both academically and personally. We are looking for a dedicated Cover Teacher with experince working as a Cover Teacher in a Priamry school to join the team and contribute to our dynamic learning environment.

Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cover Teacher to join this dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ progress and development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working as a Cover Teacher within a Priamry School
  • Strong behaviour managment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching students with special needs.
