Role:

As an Early Careers Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their teaching practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
  • Engage with parents and guardians to support student learning and development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and reflective approach to professional development
