Position: Early Careers Teacher (ECT)

Salary: £30,000 to £33,814
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

• Teach across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on preference and suitability)

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

• Work closely with experienced mentors and receive high-quality support during your induction period

• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to obtain QTS in Summer 2025

• A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
