Early Years Educator (Keyworker)

Monday - Friday (8:15am-3:45pm)

We are seeking Early Years Educators (Level 3 qualified) to work either full time in a wonderful nursery in Bognor Regis. You will nurture and stimulate children aged 0-3 while fostering academic, personal, and social growth. The Nursery Assistant positions are across Monday to Friday and the hours are 8:15am-3:45pm (You will also be expected to stay from 5-6pm on a wednesday for staff meetings). You will be joining a very hard-working, dedicated and friendly team that are very passionate to give the children the start to their education by teaching them independance as well as teamwork. The nursery has amazing outdoor spaces for the children to play in along with various well equipped rooms to keep the children entertained. You will need to provide consistent, high quality, integrated care and education for children aged 0-3 years in the daycare provision. The ideal Nursery Assistant will have;

• Level 3 in Early Years Childcare or equivalent (is essential)
• At least 2 years of experience working in an Early Years setting
• The ability to build positive relationships with both staff and children
• To be commited to providing excellent integrated care and education at all times.
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to undertake training and a commitment to personal and professional development
