About Us: Vision For Education is a well-established and trusted education recruitment agency committed to placing passionate, qualified, and dedicated professionals in schools across Kent. We are currently seeking Early Years Practitioners for various Primary Schools and Nurseries across Kent

Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the development and care of children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their well-being, safety, and educational development. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and stimulating learning environment, supporting children’s early learning, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Support children’s physical, social, and emotional development through creative play, activities, and structured learning
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities that meet the EYFS curriculum standards
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure each child’s development is supported and encouraged
  • Monitor and record children’s progress, sharing key milestones with teachers and parents
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, following safeguarding procedures and policies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for the children to learn and thrive

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A CACHE level 3
  • Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting is essential
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when needed
