The School and Role
This Pupil Referral Unit is based in Neath Port Talbot caters for Children from key stage 3 to key stage 4.
The role of a EBD Teaching Assistant involves working with Children with a variety of emotional behavioural needs. This role requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient teaching assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Emotional Behavioural Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. The school work tirelessly to make sure each of their pupils achieve their potential.
Requirements
The desired EBD Teaching Assistant will have.
- Experience of working children and young people
- Experience of working with pupils with EBD
- A passion for the progress pupils with EBD
- An ability to work as part of a team
