This large, academy school with Sixth Form, based in Chelmsford are looking to appoint a passionate English Teacher to work in a well-established English department on a full-time basis. Working in this Secondary School as part of an established team, the desired English Teacher will be planning and delivering lessons to KS3-KS5 students. This is a long-term role, offering fantastic CPD opportunities and a clear progression structure. Requirements

The desired English Teacher will;

  • Be able to create a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Have high expectations of their students and enjoy working in a thriving English department.
  • Be able to deliver creative and engaging lessons up to KS5.
  • Have a good knowledge of the UK Curriculum.
  • PGCE in English with QTS and right to work in the UK.
  • Suitable for ECTs!
