About the School and Role

We're looking for a candidate who has experience within the classroom or a similar setting who is able to lead set lessons and ensure that student learning continues when their usual teacher is absent. This role is perfect for teachers looking to take a step back from contracted teaching, move towards retirement or take up other work elsewhere but keep their foot in the door of teaching.

The schools we work with within the local area are able to facilitate hard working general cover teachers to offer them a helping hand in making sure their students always have access to high quality education. The schools in question are able to offer information on safeguarding systems and behaviour management systems to make sure that general cover teachers feel as integrated into the school as their own contracted staff.

  • Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

  • Valid DBS/police checks

As a Teacher, part of our team, you benefit from:

  • Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
  • Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).
  • Social and networking events.
  • Pension contributions.
  • CPD to help with your professional development.
  • Access to a dedicated consultant.
