Are you enthusiastic, positive, hard-working and flexible? Do you have a passion for helping children to reach their full potential? Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Primary School in Swanscombe to appoint a positive and dedicated HLTA.
The HLTA will work alongside a dedicated team to support children across the school with a particular focus on KS2. You will be expected to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/plans as appropriate to respond to the needs of the pupils and deliver exceptional learning experiences. You will assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting, including appropriate and stimulating learning resources, to enhance children’s learning.
Requirements
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, or the willingness to work towards one
- GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- An enhanced DBS
