Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Dartford
Pay: £90 - £120 per day (via PAYE)

Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Primary School in Dartford to appoint a positive and dedicated HLTA. We are looking for someone special who is passionate about providing high-quality support and learning experiences for children to enable them to reach their full potential. Hours are 8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 3.30pm Friday

We are looking for a HLTA who can;

• Plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/plans as appropriate to respond to the needs of the pupils and deliver exceptional learning experiences
• Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability
• Assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting, including appropriate and stimulating learning resources, to enhance children’s learning
• Actively contribute to wider school life and understand the importance of being part of a wider school community
• Display high level of professionalism and integrity, and promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
• GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• An enhanced DBS
• Experience in KS2 would be beneficial but not essential
