The Role

We are looking for a SEND HLTA to work in a School supporting children in a SEND environment. Working as part of an established team, the desired SEND HLTA will be supporting children 1-1 or in small groups in an outdoor learning envrionment. This role will be Monday to Friday 8:30 – 15:30.

Everyone at the school is respected and treated as individuals, and when their pupils arrive they are keen for them to reflect on their behaviour and gain a better understanding of themselves. Requirements

- Experience working with SEND children

- Have a caring and positive nature

- Be able to build positive relationships with children and young people

- Understand the crucial importance of keeping young people and children safe

- Be willing to pay for a DBS check and register with the Update Service

- PRU experience is desirable but not required

Salary

£99 - £115 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
