Vision for Education are looking to employ a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (KS2 TA) to work part time at a Primary School based in the Newcastle area.
About the role
This role is part time, working three days per week and is set to commence at the beginning of September 2022. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting within the Key Stage 2 and be confident with the Curriculum, ranging from Year 3- Year 6. The TA will be expected to follow the teachers planning to offer small intervention groups throughout the day, alongside offering in class support with a specific focus on children working just below the expected level.

Requirements
- • Hold a minimum of Level 2 in Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- • Have experience of working within in Key Stage 2 and excellent subject knowledge.
- • Be committed to providing outstanding provision for the pupils within your care.
- • Know a range of behaviour management strategies which can be implemented within the classroom.

Salary
£69 to £73 per day
- Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
