The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, and knowledgeable of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum. They will be offering general support to a class of 30 pupils, all working at varying levels with a high level of SEND. The TA will be expected to offer in class support, supervise during some break duties and work between classes at times if additional support is needed.

• • Have experience within Key Stage 1 and good knowledge of the Curriculum.
• • Preferably have experience of Phonics within the classroom.
• • Able to offer creative and dynamic teaching styles.

• Level 2 in Teaching and Learning or equivalent
