Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant

Pay: £88 - £110 per day (via PAYE)

We are committed to finding passionate and skilled Teaching Assistants. We are currently recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant in an expanding school situated in Greenhithe.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated individual who is keen to inspire and support children. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience working in Key Stage 2 would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside class teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences

- Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability

- Assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting and create learning resources to enhance children’s learning

- Work as part of a team to provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis

Requirements

- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an education setting

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
