I am currently seeking Learning Facilitators to work in a specialist school to support children with additional needs such as autism, challenging behaviours and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be required to work within group and 1:1 settings with a range of ages and levels of learning.

Our main aim is to offer the best possible support to pupils. In order to be successful for this role a nurturing, patient and empathetic attitude will be essential. This SEND school is based in the Salisbury area. They support diverse group of pupils with a range of complex learning needs, social and emotional difficulties and challenging behaviours.

This school is looking for someone who thinks on their feet, is reliable, willing to go the extra mile and build positive relationships with students. Alongside this having a fun and energetic personality. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 3:30 on a temp to perm contract or day to day supply bookings.
Requirements
- • Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years.
- • Be enthusiastic and reliable
- • Have good communication skills
- • Be patient and resilient
- • Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service.

Salary
£11 to £12 per hour
