£416 - £475 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
We work with Local Authorities and schools across Greater Manchester who need 1:1 mentoring for their students in Manchester schools. We are looking to appoint a Learning Mentor to work consistently with students towards desired outcomes e.g. reintegration into school. Working in partnership with the school the student is on roll at, the desired Learning Mentor will work on a 1:1 basis with students from Key Stage 1 – 4. The Learning Mentor role is long term, and sessions can be part time or full time depending on the student's needs.
Requirements
The desired Learning Mentor will have:
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- An ability to help children overcome barriers to learning
- An ability lead 1:1 and small group sessions
- A passion for building confidence, aspirations and positive behaviours
