Vision for Education are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our team within a lovely PMLD school in North Bristol.

Children are encouraged to develop the core skills needed in life and learning in this amazing environment. They have access to a range of onsite activities including forest school, hydrotherapy, jacuzzi, music therapy, trampolining and benefit from large grounds to play on. Offsite activities include horse-riding!
As a Learning Support Assistant you will be working closely with students who have PMLD or MLD, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, global delay etc.

The school provides an inclusive, flexible learning programme that engages children through their school journey. They are very proud of the emphasis they place on creativity and welcome Learning Support Assistants from a range of educational, care and support work backgrounds.
School hours for a Learning Support Assistant are Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 3:30, term-time only. Start dates are either 22nd April or 2nd June.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Be enthusiastic and reliable.
- Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be patient and resilient.

Salary
£444.60 - 458.25 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience of working with children or in a support/care role
