£90 - £100 Daily (Competitive, based on experience)

With an influx of SEN Early Years pupils, a popular and thriving primary school in Bradford is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 SEN Early Years Practitioner TA to join their team for an ASAP start. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment and I'm looking for individuals who are passionate about EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the classroom teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
• Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience working within the EYFS framework and challenging behaviour.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
• Desirable: Experience working with children with SEN within an EYFS setting.
