The School and Role

An Hull based secondary school seeks to appoint a Maths Tutor to work in a part time, fixed term role from Novemer 2024. The successful Tutor will be responsible for providing Maths Tuitions to small groups of pupils in KS3 and KS4. The sucessful candidate must have recent experience of teaching or tutoring Maths in a Secondary School setting. This fixed term contract will run from November 24 until the GCSE exams in June 25.

This large secondary academy forms part of a successful Multi Academy Trust. This acdemy boasts an @good' rating from OFSTED.

The desired Maths Tutor will have;

- Qualified Teacher Status or a Mathematics based degree

- Experience of teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 in a UK based secondary school setting.

- A passion for the progress of secondary aged pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
