What the Programme Includes:
- Comprehensive online and practical training covering key aspects of the Teaching Assistant role
- Modules focused on safeguarding, behaviour management, and supporting learning
- Ongoing support from experienced education consultants
- Opportunities to gain paid work in local primary schools following successful completion
Role Responsibilities (once placed in schools):
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist children with additional needs, including SEN
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Support pupils’ social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development
- A willingness to learn and complete the training programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- Relevant experience is beneficial but not required
