What the Programme Includes:

  • Comprehensive online and practical training covering key aspects of the Teaching Assistant role
  • Modules focused on safeguarding, behaviour management, and supporting learning
  • Ongoing support from experienced education consultants
  • Opportunities to gain paid work in local primary schools following successful completion

Role Responsibilities (once placed in schools):

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assist children with additional needs, including SEN
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils’ social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • A willingness to learn and complete the training programme
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • Relevant experience is beneficial but not required
