This primary school, based in Darlington DL3 area are looking to appoint a passionate teaching assistant to work with a Nursery class on a full time basis.
About the role
This is a friendly and welcoming school with a supportive team of staff. Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired teaching assistant will be working in a nursery class. This teaching assistant role is long term and potentially permanent.
Position to begin September 24 and be on going with reviews around christmas time, an early years qualification or equivalent in supporting children and learning is needed for this role.
Experience working in EYFS environment would be desirable with primary school experience essential to the role.
Working Monday to Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils within KS1 desirable
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Valid photo ID - Driving Licence/Provisional and Valid Passport
