Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant and nurturing early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional looking to make a positive impact in a supportive nursery setting.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will:

Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.

Assist with observations, assessments, and reporting on child development.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and staff.

Promote positive behaviour and ensure the wellbeing of all children.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC).
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
A genuine passion for early years education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A current DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one through us).
