About the role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Teacher in creating a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-4 years old. Your main duties will include helping to plan and deliver activities and lessons, supporting individual children with their learning and development, and ensuring that the Nursery is a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements for safeguarding and child protection
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and wellbeing.
About Vision for Education
Salary
£350 to £400 per week
- The successful candidate must have a DBS on the update service and be able to provide relevant references.
