About the role

This is a full-time, long-term position available for a caring, nurturing Teaching Assistant in this school committed to learning for pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is likely to become a permanent teaching assistant position. Children are encouraged to develop the core skills needed in life and learning in this amazing environment.

Requirements

The ideal Nurturing Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be patient and resilient.
