Vision for Education is in search of a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant for Key Stage 2 (KS2). This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to the educational journey of primary school students and have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Experience with Primary School-Aged Children: A background in working with young learners, understanding their developmental needs, and engaging them in educational activities is essential.

• Experience with Pupils with SEND: Familiarity with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is crucial. The candidate should be skilled in adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning requirements and ensuring that all students have access to a quality education.

• Passion for Student Progress: A genuine enthusiasm for promoting the academic and personal growth of primary school pupils is a must. The candidate should be motivated by seeing students achieve their full potential.

• Teamwork Abilities: The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and other teaching assistants is important. Teamwork is essential in creating a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Role Responsibilities

• As a Teaching Assistant for KS2, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized education plans for pupils with SEND.

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and learning.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to share insights and strategies for enhancing student outcomes.
