About the role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Lead Play Worker to run Breakfast Club and After School Club provision and a Play Worker to support them, to start from September. Split shifts will be 7:15am – 9am and 3pm – 6pm. The clubs run at a capacity of 22 children. There will also be opportunity for TA work across KS1 and KS2 throughout the day too to possibly increase your earnings. Both roles have potential to become permanent after 12 weeks.
As a Play Leader you will be responsible for planning activities and managing two fellow members of staff (Play Workers), so some kind of supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Requirements
The desired Play Leader/Play Worker will:
- Have experience working with Primary School aged children.
- Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
- Be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children
