About the role

Vision for Education is currently recruiting Play Leaders to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS12) to start in September on a part time basis. The ideal candidates will preferably have experience of working in a Primary School with primary aged pupils. The school is looking to expand their After School Club provision to offer further places to all parents who need it. You will be responsible for delivering and supporting a variety of sports and activities to the children that will keep them engaged and enthused, so a sporting background would be advantageous.

This school has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and is dedicated to creating a ‘unified and caring community of learners.’ A large Primary school that welcomes a diverse range of pupils and are looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively with pupils from a variety of backgrounds.

Requirements
The desired Play Worker will have:

• Experience working with Primary School aged children.

• Genuine desire to become part of a committed team of support staff.

• An enthusiasm and passion for helping to support pupils.
