Essential For Position
• Must hold a valid enhanced DBS on the update system/ be willing to process one with us.
• Previous referable experience working as a TA.
• A passion for supporting individual child development targets.
• Confident and approachable character.
Job Role Itself
• Acting as class teacher, higher responsibility than a classroom TA.
• Motivate and engage pupils whilst distributing lessons.
• Ability to effectively communicate with younger children in education.
• Demonstrate various ways to work towards a child’s developmental targets.
