About the role

At Vision for Education, we are working in partnership with a large mainstream Primary School in Rochester to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher. If you're a committed, forwarding-thinking and flexible teacher who is passionate about education and supporting KS2, then I would love to hear from you.

This school is motivated by the growth and development of their pupils and believe that each child has the potential to greatness, with the right support and guidance. Each pupil is encouraged to develop their independence, whilst becoming a good-mannered citizen.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Support pupil social and emotional development.
  • Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for the pupils.
  • Support and contribute to the wider school community with extra-curricular activities.

A successful KS2 Primary Teacher will:

  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience of working with KS2 pupils.
  • Experience of working with children and young people who display behaviour that challenges.
