Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated teacher to join a primary school in Dartford, working within a school which prioritises supporting children in fulfilling their academic ability by providing exceptional teaching and learning opportunities.
About the Role
- Full-time teaching role in a Year 5 class
- Create a nurturing and structured learning environment to support students' emotional and academic development
- Work closely with SEND specialists, teaching assistants, and external agencies to provide tailored support
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the National Curriculum, adapted to suit students' needs
- Promote positive behaviour strategies and a trauma-informed approach to teaching
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience working with KS2 or additional SEND support is highly desirable
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives
