About the role

Primary Teacher – KS1 & KS2 Supply Roles | Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire

Vision for Education are recruiting Qualified Primary Teachers for flexible supply, short-term, long-term, and potential permanent opportunities across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stone, Stafford, Leek, Kidsgrove, and surrounding areas.

With schools already planning for September, demand is growing for reliable primary teachers across KS1 and KS2.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to build experience, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you may:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
• Plan and deliver lessons where required
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Assess pupil progress and support learning outcomes
• Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
• Adapt confidently across different school settings

Opportunities include:

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent primary teaching experience
• Confidence teaching KS1 and/or KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach

ECTs are encouraged to apply.
