- Track Progress: Monitor and record students' progress, ensuring they achieve their educational goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Commitment to Education: A strong dedication to helping students overcome challenges in their learning.
- Educational Background: Solid academic qualifications, including GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Behavior Management Skills: Ability to handle challenging behavior professionally and with a positive approach.
- IT Competence: Proficiency in IT and a willingness to learn and use new technologies.
