Are you a dedicated QTS-qualified teacher with a passion for inclusive education and a long-term goal to become a SENCO? Vision for Education is working in partnership with an outstanding independent SEN school in Cranbrook to recruit an ambitious and compassionate teacher who is ready to take the next step in their SEND career.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and nurturing teacher to join a well-resourced and forward-thinking special educational needs (SEN) setting. This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for a primary or secondary trained teacher who is passionate about working with children and young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.
This role is ideal for a teacher who is looking to develop into a future SENCO role. The school is committed to providing structured pathways and professional development opportunities, including support for the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience or strong interest in working with children with SEN

Ambition to train as a SENCO in the future or currently training

Excellent communication, empathy, and teamworking skills
