Vision for Education are supporting an East Riding Secondary School in recruiting for a temporary School Cleaner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaner. Working as part of a large facilities team, you will contribute greatly to the day to day cleaning of a large school site, no day is ever the same! The successful School Cleaner will report into the Facilities Manager and will be repsonsible for a number of duties including cleaning floors and equipment, dusting and tidying assigned areas, ensuring chemical cleaning products are stored safely, following health and safety regulations. The sucessful cleaner will work on a shift rota outside the school day. Early morning and evening shifts will be available.
The Secondary School is based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, approximately six miles to the west of Hull City Centre. This large school site forms the heartbeat of its local community. Workings a cleaner you will form part of an experienced and supportive Facilities Team.
This is an open ended temporary role set to intially run January 2024. It is possible that the supply contract via Vision may be extended into the next callender year. The school are looking for the successful candidate to start in role ASAP.
Requirements
Experience in Clear role.
Proactive, strong worth ethic
Ability to work as part of a team, forging strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
