Vision for Education are seeking experienced Technicians in Technology, Science or Computing for immediate roles in Manchester

Due to high demand, we have fantastic opportunities for technicians who have worked in either Technology, Science or Computing departments. The successful applicants role will include:

• preparing, setting up and checking equipment
• supporting teaching staff and students during lessons
• putting away equipment after lessons
• ensuring a safe environment
• organising and storing equipment and checking stock
• repairing, maintaining and modifying equipment
• administrative tasks

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Technician you will:

• Experience of working with young people
• Hold a current DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain this)
• Knowledge of particular subject/technical area

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
