Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a high motivated Secondary Teacher to deliver various lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of short/longer term roles for the right candidate in their subject specialism. The Secondary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons whilst managing classroom behaviour.
Requirements:
The desired Secondary Teacher will:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent teaching experience
- Have the ability to build a quick rapport with students
- Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
