We are currently seeking a full time Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school based in Southampton. This is for a full time, permanent position starting ASAP.

Monday – Friday.
You must have experience within an education setting to be considered, preferably with secondary or SEN/SEMH children.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting student’s learning and development. You will work closely with experienced teaching staff to provide academic and pastoral support to students on a 1:1 and group basis.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient and empathetic, and feel confident managing challenging behaviour.
If you are successful, one of our specialist recruitment consultants will arrange a time to call you to go through a registration and explain our vetting process, this will include an interview, DBS application and providing further information on references and career history.
