The School and Role
A specialist school in Bolton is seeking a dedicated SEN English Teacher to inspire and support students with Special Educational Needs. You’ll deliver engaging English lessons (mix of ks3 and ks4 classes) Small classes (max 8 pupils with x2 learning mentors) while nurturing students' academic and social development.

Requirements
The desired English Teacher will:

  • Possess the desire to develop and deliver an adapted curriculum suited to excluded pupils and those at risk of exclusion.
  • Understand the communication skills required to teach children with barriers to learning and who may be disengaged with education.
  • Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to inclusive education practices and ensuring equal opportunities for all students regardless of their background.
