Vision for Educatio is seeking experienced Science, Teacher to work in an alternate provision in Redditch on a full-time basis.

Hours 0830-3.30pm Monday – Friday.

About the Role:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with Social Emotional Mental Health.
• Adhere to school policies while fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)

• The role is on a full-time basis with the possibility to be a permanent for the right candidate.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit pupils of all abilities, while building strong rapport.

• Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health and childhood trauma. PGCE or QTS.

• A strong understanding of how to engage with students within lessons and tailor learning to fit their individual needs.
• A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.
