To be eligible for this role through Vision for Education, you must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Obtain a child only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
- Provide professional related references
- Have an up to date CV with all education and career history displayed
As the Class Teacher you would be expected to lead the learning of a class-team (pupils and staff). You will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for vulnerable learners. You will be creative and passionate in your teaching, and possess a track record of improving outcomes for young people. You will preferably have an understanding and experience of working with young people with additional needs including childhood trauma, alongside SEMH and ASC.
