The role

Vision for education is currently seeking dedicated and experienced SEND Teachers for a both special schools and resourced provisions located within Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators looking to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities. Both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.

In this role, each day is different and so adapting to new environments and different learning styles is key. You will be enthusiastic about teaching different subjects in the school day and supporting students who with complex needs. We are looking for someone that can make a positive difference to learning and be creative in their methods and teaching styles.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of SEND Teacher, you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
