This Primary school based in Bradford are looking to appoint a passionate Teacher to work with pupils within their SEND Hub on a Full-Time basis. Working in this SEND Hub as part of an established team, the desired Teacher will be working with pupils with special educational needs from EYFS - Year 6.

Requirements:

The desired teacher will have;

A passion for working with children with additional needs
Experience of Teaching with SEND
Understanding of how to work with children with complex needs whilst focusing on both there educational and additional needs.
A passion for the progress of children with complexed needs
An ability to work as part of a team
